You’ll access our small-group personal training (individualised to you), plus optional group classes if you want an extra push. We offer 70+ bookable sessions a week.

You’ll get genuine support from our dedicated personal trainers to help you succeed - no fads, no fluff. This isn’t just a gym. It’s guidance, coaching, and education - soak up as much as you want!

We help people who feel out of place in typical gyms and want supportive, expert-led coaching to build confidence, get stronger, and have more energy.

No, not at all. This isn’t a circuit class - our sessions are more like personal training. We work with a wide range of abilities, meet you where you’re at, and make sure you train at a pace that suits you.

Our 28-Day Experience is the first step to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. It starts with a 1-1 movement screening so we can understand where you’re at, help you feel assured, and set you up for success. P.S - you don’t need to be ‘fit’ to start.

We run over 60 coached sessions each week, almost on the hour, every hour from 6am through to 8/9pm. On Saturdays, we’re open from 7am until midday.

You can book sessions through our app or directly via your web browser on desktop or phone. You’re in full control and can easily change or reschedule your bookings if you need to.

Not at all. We believe in making fitness easy to stick to, so you can book sessions at any time that suits your schedule.

You’re only committing to our 28 Day Experience for a taste of Square One. We can then discuss our monthly membership options with you during or after your 28 Day Experience. Baby steps.

Our 28-Day Experience is a one-off investment of £199 and includes everything that you need to get started.
After this, sessions typically work out £16-£24 per session, depending on how many sessions you choose to attend each week.
Please note: we do not offer pay-as-you-go sessions.Our Small Group Personal Training offers a more supportive and cost-effective alternative to traditional 1-1 personal training, which typically costs £40-£60 per hour.

No, we don’t offer open gym access. Our focus is on personal training - that’s where we can coach, support, and hold you accountable to get the best results.
